The goal of the Summit is to help you have your most profitable Q4 yet. The only way to set yourself up for a profitable quarter is to identify and build the right systems. After lunch, we’ll be focused on advanced email strategies. We’ll be building flows, designing retention sequences, and mining profitable customers from your list. Most businesses are just scratching the surface when it comes to email and we’ll get in there and build!
We’ll gather for some fun! Perhaps some delicious local fare, an axe-throwing competition, or relaxing outdoors at a local hot-spot.
In the morning, we’re going to focus on upsells, cross-sells, and all other sorts of AOV boosting. We’ll also do a website teardown so you can get rid of the conversion killing issues plaguing your site.
The afternoon will feature a special guest who will help you lock in your marketing systems. In LA we’ll have Drew Sanocki of Nerd Marketing. Stay tuned for our special guest in Boston!
Most people will head out at the end of Day 2, so we’ll wrap up a little early so people can make their late afternoon flights.
We will be implementing during the workshop and it will be intense. We will not be focusing on high-level theories you could learn from a webinar or podcast. You’ll leave with a “done list” rather than a “to-do list.”

The Summit kicks off at 8:00 pm with registration and a cocktail reception. It will conclude at 4:30 pm on the last day so you can get to your flight if you’re departing that evening.
