We will be implementing during the workshop and it will be intense. That’s why we call it an intensive :) We will not be focusing on email marketing theory you could learn from a webinar or podcast. You’ll leave with a “done list” rather than a “to-do list”.
We vet each applicant to make sure you’re a good fit for the intensive. If you don’t feel like you’re in the right room at any time during the first day, stand up and hand in your materials and we’ll give your money back + $500 to cover travel expenses.
During the intensive, you’ll be provided with beautiful email templates you can use right away. We focus on getting you what you need to be successful without needing to reinvent the wheel.
Every business is different, and some businesses are more different than others. During the application process we make sure each attendee has an established business like yours.
After the intensive, we’ll be there to make sure things are working for you and to share new best practices. You’ll have a partner as you move forward and grow.
Get to know your fellow participants over drinks at a favorite Austin hot-spot. These are enthusiastic and driven ecommerce business owners who you’ll spend the next two days with. You’ll also get to meet the Brand Growth Experts team who will be working with you side-by-side to build a solid framework that will help you stop leaving money on the table.
We’ll spend the morning getting things organized in Klaviyo by outlining key email flows and setting up foundational segments to make it easier to send the right content to the right people. Then we’ll talk about the best ways to build your list and get you set-up with opt-in offers that will bring in more emails.
After lunch we’ll create a Welcome Series that will help turn your newly acquired potential customers into purchasers. We’ll also build abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows, which alone can drive 8-12% in recouped revenue.
We’ll gather for some fun! Perhaps some famous Texas BBQ, an axe-throwing competition, or relaxing outdoors at an Austin hot-spot.
On Day 2 we’ll create email flows that will increase same-day AOV and encourage more multi-buyers. We’ll also hear from our special guest speakers from Klaviyo who will share insider tips, discuss new product updates and answer any questions you may have.
The afternoon will be spent identifying VIP customers and building flows that keep those big purchasers happy. We’ll have work sessions to build out flows throughout the event, but a large portion of our final afternoon together will be dedicated to allowing time for one-on-one assistance from the Brand Growth Experts and Klaviyo teams.
Most people will head out at the end of Day 2, so we’ll wrap up a little early so people can make their late afternoon flights.
